The heart of the company's activities takes place within the three office rooms, which are designated for project management, hardware development, and quality control.
These spaces are designed to foster productivity, innovation, and precision, ensuring the team can efficiently deliver high-quality results.
The company's location currently takes place in R. de Moçambique, 2685-338 Prior Velho.

Facility Network
The logical topology describes the flow of data through the building's network via a point-to-point circuit. This circuit operates by extending the internal network with private addressing, enabling the availability of data across the entire infrastructure. The network is segmented using three central switches to provide greater bandwidth and reduce the number of collision domains, creating a variation of an extended star topology.
The network uses UTP CAT.6 twisted pair cables with specifications including a frequency of 250MHz, a data rate of 1000Mbit/s supporting Gigabit Ethernet, and compliance with ISO/IEC, EN, and TIA/EIA standards. It adheres to Ethernet standards IEEE 802.3i and IEEE 802.3u, ensuring robust and efficient connectivity.
By implementing multiple subnets, the company benefits from improved traffic management and the option to apply specific policies to each subnet individually, restricting or permitting certain types of communication as needed. Additionally, separating the network into subnets simplifies maintenance and updates, allowing changes to focus on specific areas without affecting the entire network.
Facility Divisions
Director's Office
This room is the workplace for the company directors and their staff.
These include: 1 HR director and 1 administrative assistant, 1 financial director and 1 accountant, 1 marketing director, and 1 sales director.
Surveillance Camera Control Room
This room is where the recordings from the surveillance cameras are received and analyzed.
It also manages access to the server room and controls the access panel for that room.
Reception / Waiting Area
This is where equipment is received, but it can also serve as the location for placing an order if the client prefers to visit the company in person.
Hardware Development
This is the room where all the hardware is configured according to the client's request. Configurable hardware can include tower computers, laptops, and mini PCs.
For configuring hardware and installing certain applications, a KVM switch can be used to simplify and speed up the work, allowing multiple configurations to be performed simultaneously.
Quality Control
This is the room where each piece of equipment received from the hardware development room is reviewed to ensure the product is well-configured and defect-free for the client.
If the product is not configured correctly, it is sent back to the hardware development room for reconfiguration.
Project Management
When a client makes a request, it first goes through this room, where decisions are made on aspects like whether the request is feasible, the estimated price, the type of hardware requested, the configurations or applications that need to be adjusted on the hardware, and the estimated time required to complete the request.
Meeting Room
The meeting room is where the administration and managers discuss company matters.
It is also used for meetings with other companies if they wish to place a request and a meeting is necessary to discuss the details.
Server Room
This room has 2 servers, 1 router, 1 switch, 4 air conditioners, 1 surveillance camera, and 1 access control panel.
As it is a high-importance room, an access control panel has been installed at the entrance for security reasons.
Administration
This is the CEO's room where all the information is processed and managed.
The CEO's room reflects the company's vision, providing a focused environment for leadership and strategy development.
